I worked in a team with a dozen incredibly talented other students to create a campaign for Women's Basketball at the University of Oregon. After our research, we determined that one key thing that felt lacking for WBB was player individuality, so we set out to fix that by running a player highlight campaign through social media and physical wheat-paste posters. Our team also wanted to focus on the uniqueness of each of the fans through a photoshoot and poster campaign. My role was primarily to create the social media posts, with a support role in the execution of the rest of the campaign. Ultimately, this campaign was a success, with the social media posts garnering 109% more engagement than posts before the campaign, and the physical installations were put up all over Eugene and Portland, with our photo shoot event having hundreds of attendees.
